Iced Cappuccino Recipe

Even if you are not a coffee drinker, you still may enjoy an iced cappuccino.

This recipe is very easy to prepare, and all you need are a few ingredients, which you probably already have at home.

The ingredients you need are as follows:

4 cups milk
1 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon instant coffee
3 tablespoon hot chocolate mix
1/4 cup cold milk

To prepare, you heat the milk to boiling, and then remove from the heat. Now you want to add in the creamer, vanilla, instant coffee and hot chocolate mix.

Stir this together well, and then pour the mixture into a container and put a lid on it. You just stick this in the freezer and let it freeze until it is very firm on top but a bit slushy in the middle.

There are other recipes you can follow that involve ice and where you do not need to freeze, but I find that unless you have a more high end blender, the ice will not be crushed properly and your drink will not be frozen enough.

Once the drink is frozen a bit you want to put the mixture in a food processor and then add a bit more milk to the mixture and continue to process until the entire drink is slushy.

It was a recipe that my friend gave me...I enjoyed it, but that is quite a bit of cream, I thought so as well. That may be why no one else finished their glasses...
